Habitab — housing management application redesign

Full rewrite of the housing management application used by the Regional Health Agency of Réunion to monitor housing and habitability conditions across the territory.

Modern Laravel 12 + Vue 3 + PrimeVue stack, CI/CD pipeline (PHPUnit, PHPStan, Pint, staging, e2e), multi-step V5→V6 data migration, dedicated performance batch.

Driven by functional batches, framing → plan → validation → implementation method, explicit conventions.

Regional Health Agency of Réunion

Requiring specific applications to address the particularities of tropical environments, the Regional Health Agency of Réunion entrusts bnb.re with the development and daily management of several strategic tools.

I was thus led to actively collaborate on various large-scale projects, including:

• SILAV - Vector Control: application for monitoring Vector Control, centralizing field mission management, laboratory analyses, and medical case tracking.
• LOOCS'EAUX - Water Quality Monitoring: water quality monitoring application for ARS Réunion enabling the control and tracking of sanitary analyses of drinking water.
• Tap Water: information website on drinking water quality in Réunion. Interfaced with LOOCS'EAUX, it allows viewing the latest water quality analysis results by distribution network.
• Habitab - Housing Management: housing management tool allowing ARS Réunion to monitor housing and habitability conditions in the territory.
• COVID Reinforcements Réunion: volunteer recruitment platform for the COVID-19 crisis. Allows healthcare professionals and volunteers to register to reinforce healthcare facilities.
• PTS Monitoring - ARS Réunion: Territorial Health Programs monitoring application for ARS Réunion. Enables steering and reporting of public health actions in the territory as well as establishing annual budgets by department.

This CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) assists the group's numerous subsidiaries in tracking and planning maintenance operations for their equipment fleet.
